This is a prototype website/webapp for a potential future client. They currently manage their projects via a collection of disparate excel files with lots of custom macros to manage the business logic. It's a very manual and time consuming process, presenting possibilities for errors or accidents working with editable excel files shared across multiple project managers. The goal of the webapp is to keep the entire lifecycle of a project, everything from proposals to contract awards to meeting minutes to final signoffs, all in one location. This will enable efficiency, consistency, accuracy, automation and so much more, which will allow the team to focus on what matters most: ensuring their clients get exactly what they want in the best manner possible.
